You have 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return, exchange, or refund.

  • Address Information: For security and logistics optimization, the specific return address will be provided by our customer support team once your return request is approved.
  • Shipping Costs: Blue Wolf Store covers the cost of return shipping for defective items, incorrect orders, or change-of-mind returns. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or clear instructions on how to proceed at no extra cost to you.
  • Instructions: You will receive the authorized return address and detailed step-by-step instructions via email within 48 business hours of your request.
  • No Unauthorized Returns: Please do not send items back to the origin address on the shipping label. All returns must be sent to the specific address provided by our support team to ensure your refund is processed.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 14 calendar days after delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the new product has a higher value, the price difference must be paid.
  • If the new product has a lower value, the difference will be refunded.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or click here.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping in all cases, including:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Returns due to a change of mind

In some cases, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

The return address will be provided by our customer support team after the return request is approved, along with detailed return instructions.

We do not have a physical store.
