1. Do You Ship Internationally? Is Shipping Free?
Yes. Blue Wolf Store ships internationally to several countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and European countries.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours (1–2 business days) after payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, when available, so you can monitor your shipment.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your package.

Please note: The estimated delivery times do not include potential delays caused by customs clearance. Orders shipped to the United States are not subject to import taxes. However, for other countries, any applicable import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Carriers
Orders are shipped using international logistics partners and carriers, which may include DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable international shipping providers, depending on the destination and shipping method available.
Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment partner and logistics network.
5. Shipping Origin
Blue Wolf Store operates under a dropshipping model and works with a single manufacturing and fulfillment partner located in China.
All orders are shipped directly from our partner’s facilities in China to our customers worldwide.
We do not have any physical retail locations.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to the United States are not subject to import taxes or customs duties.
For all other countries, customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
7. Partial Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to packaging or logistical reasons. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, when available.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@wolfbluestore.com.
Once confirmed with the carrier, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, at no additional cost to you.
