1. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?
Blue Wolf Store ships to several countries, including Canada, Australia, Europe, the United States, and New Zealand. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
2. Which carriers are used for shipping?
Orders are shipped via DHL, USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and product availability.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, it is processed within 24 to 48 business hours (1-2 business days). After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your package.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
